Payment Methods
The Buffalo Philharmonic Chorus accepts Visa and MasterCard. To pre-pay for tickets by check or money order, please call our business office at (716) 833-6642.
Currency
All ticket prices for events that occur in the United States are stated in U.S. Dollars.
Shipping & Handling Fees
Tickets purchased on bpchorus.org are subject to a per ticket convenience charge and a non-refundable per order processing fee. The breakdown of shipping & handling fees per order are as follows:
1-10 Tickets: $3.00
10-20 Tickets: $4.00
20-30 Tickets: $5.00
>30 Tickets: $7.50
Delivery Options
All tickets are mailed via US Postal Service unless will call has been requested. Tickets purchased within 7 days of the performance date will automatically be held at the box office for will call.
Pricing and Availability
Ticket prices are subject to change without notice. Tickets are generally sold through several distribution points, including online, Phone Centers, Retail Locations and box offices. Most distribution points generally access the same ticketing system and inventory. Therefore, tickets for popular events may sell out quickly.
Refunds
Before purchasing tickets, carefully review your event and seat selection. All sales are final, unless an event is cancelled or rescheduled, or the performance venue is closed due to unforeseen circumstances. If an event has been cancelled or if an event is rescheduled, and you still elect to receive a refund, you must return the complete ticket order, with stubs attached to the address below. Please contact us at least 24-hours prior to the newly scheduled event in order for you to be eligible for a refund. We must receive your unused tickets before a refund will be issued.

Pricing and Other Errors
If the amount you pay for a ticket is incorrect regardless of because of an error in a price posted on this web site or otherwise communicated to you then: The Buffalo Philharmonic Chorus will have the right to cancel that ticket (or the order for that ticket) and refund to you the amount that you paid. You will be notified of any cancelations. This will apply regardless of whether because of human error or a transactional malfunction of this web site.
Recording, Transmission and Exhibition
You agree not to record or transmit, or aid in recording or transmitting, any description, account, picture, or reproduction of the performance. You grant permission to utilize your image, likeness, actions and statements in any live or recorded audio, video, or photographic display or other transmission, exhibition, publication or reproduction made of, or at, the event (regardless of whether before, during or after the performance) in any medium or context without further authorization or compensation.
